Our CNC machine allows us to cut 2D drawings out of multiple types of plastic of all thicknesses quickly and precisely. Whether you need a company name or a complex shape, we can cut it. If you already have an existing drawing send it to us and we can convert it into our software.

At Kohlfab, we are always looking to offer our customers more. That is why in 2022, we invested in our first laser machine. With the laser machine we can make very detailed cuts on acrylic, PETG, and Rowmark materials. We can also engrave words and drawings on acrylic and Rowmark.

With our heat bending tables or our metal brake, we can bend plastic in to a multitude of shapes. The heaters soften the plastic, allowing for the plastic to be bent into the desired angles/shape. Once cool, the plastic regains its rigidity and is ready for use.
